The court ordered colonoscopy is from 2012-present.
The court wants all calendars, travel logs, phone records (call/text), credit card expenditures, gifts, etc.

To be clear, what makes this interesting is that it is not Charlie's divorce case. Some big names involved.

No kidding. If the circumstances leading to divorce is a scandal, ye without sin cast the first stone. (And that comes from a guy married for nigh unto 50 years).

it's a metaphor for the discovery part of a civil procedure. John Law lets lawyers look at basically everything in a civil case. It's why smart people run from getting involved in lawsuits
That would put the fear in anyone contemplating a divorce. We get so use to the ease of technology but under certain circumstances it will be used against us. Ouch. 50/50 does not exist anymore.

And don't you think this sexy-time behavior might be the reason Pat Forde, Rick Bozich and the others always had uofl's back? They were all participating in the party. As a matter of fact Forde and a uofl volleyball player got caught together while he was married and he almost lost his CJ job over that one.

Well no s*(( if you'll pardon my pun. That's rather invasive to say the least. I've made my share of mistakes, but it never came to that. I've had a couple, it happens you know when you get to that age, but it was by choice.

When does this disgusting garbage catch up with Jurich? This goes on under his reign. No way he doesn't knows all of this anti social behavior is taking place with his staff.
