There's just tons of smoke everywhere, and it's not uncommon at all for leaks to come out from NBA guys in situations close to this. They don't have to care. This won't be a "recruiting" style announcement.

Someone is talking. I think Diallo camp has told some NBA guys he's staying at UK & that's were the leaks are. Zags is talking to Diallo camp & they're saying still deciding...draws attention.

UK has already had 2 surprises this spring with Knox and Bamba. So nothing would surprise me at this point. I am hopeful based on the couple of tweets about him coming back. But it seems as if he definitely wants to go pro ASAP.

IMHO, If he can get a team to commit to drafting him in the 1st round, he'll go, if not he returns.
That's why we see these reporters from specific teams that had Hami in for workouts leaking that he's returning to UK. They have told him that they can't guarantee they'll draft him if he declares.
He's holding out for ANY team to give him a 1st round guarantee until 11:59 tonight.

At this point I wouldn't trust anyone's guarantee (In this draft) unless it was in writing...
There does seem to be an inordinate amount of tweeting seeming to urge Diallo to stay in the draft. Coincidence?
I always say that when everyone on the internet is predicting a kid to select a school, that's the pick. Sounds obvious but a lot of posters refuse to accept defeat (or victory) in recruiting.

Not saying I care for Tucker but he's an outsider (used to write for Virginia Tech) so he does offer a different view. If you are looking for a homer to tell you the Kumbaya campfire (all is fine and dandy) story, he's not going to be the one.

I bet the decision was made a few days ago, like you said this is all likely for maximum effect and hype imo. I don't like that and I'd say most don't, not when there's a situation nearly every year that keeps us from knowing our roster until the last week of May. It's not a big deal and I'm not trying to complain and I could be wrong, just is what it is.
