Garrison wont come then because he'd be the 4th big... so to fill that role you just see if there's a portal guy who's ok with limited time and has 2 or more years so they can potentially start the 2nd year they are here... or maybe a HS player reclassifies

Maybe so, but he is from PA not too far from Philly, so that could be a factor. Also, IF he does want to play with Osobor, they are both visiting UK and Texas Tech. Hopefully, Pope can real in Osobor and add Carr as well.

Likely, it still comes down to NIL.
