Strangely quiet, pretty much everywhere, on the recruiting front.

Bama slipped passed aTm for No. 1 on Rivals.

Otherwise I saw no significant changes for us and SEC teams.

Given that so few recruits are left, maybe it takes a day to sort out, as (apparently) no one has devoted resources to excessively cover the none events of the day.

Or is “slipped past” more like “fast paste?” ;)
You may want to check it. Now back to your thread comments. I agree that it is too quiet. I was hoping we would hear a surprise or two. - Maybe we will here something today. GO CATS!!

How did Bama move when they haven't added anyone?

Edit:. It isn't gonna matter Bama isn't expected to add anyone and A&M is expected to add two 5 stars today

A&M not done yet, and will be getting another that will reclassify early summer. Rivals have to do an amended ranking to get an enhanced Bama Bump. The commits to Bama rose a combine 460 spots from DEC to the last ranking.

UK put out a list of 22 players about 90min ago, so I guess that's a final number.

Are they getting Overton also? They have signed 4 DTs and 2 DEs already. It looks like they will add Stewart today. I see them having a few hit the portal the next couple years

They added two new offensive line coaches, but only have to pay that two-faced SoB one salary.

Farmer chose UF.
He knew to keep away given Wolford switching allegiances in the middle of his recruiting visit. It's been reported that he was recruiting for UK on the first day, accepted the Bama job that evening and then called Farmer back to recruit him to Bama.

Not sure you could trust a guy who was selling you on UK and then overnight telling you Bama should be your spot.

I read where Miami's new DC kept saying he wasn't taking the job.....till he did. A little different but he accepted the job a few days B4 NSD. They had Shemar Stewart on campus 2-3 times lately even cancelled his aTm visit. He is expected to sign with aTm after it looked like Miami was taking the lead

There are tons of stories out there about defensive backs switching schools and plenty of high schoolers that are still uncommitted. Why are we not involved with any of these guys if we are in such dire need?

Exactly! Woolford was such a slime ball he sent Farmer back to FL. If he would have handled his ish like Sumrall, he'd likely be here and we'd all still respect him.
