Luckily Alex came back from the injury pretty quickly. We still have so many issues we need to clean up. I think Coach Cal is pulling his hair out right now.

Poy is continuing to improve. He is probably close to 100% now, but still not quite there. I love him as our 6th man as the rest of the bench is kinda blah offensively if Willis is off as he has been the last 3 games. That said, Poy will be in during close games for sure over Lee.

I have been down on Poy for most of his career. Tonight, I hope it was his coming out party. He was physical, in the right place more often than not, and didn't hesitate to take it at the rim to dunk. It would be great to see that effort continue especially against better teams. There was no disappearing tonight.

The game that Alex played last night is essentially the same as his first game in a UK uniform, when he scored 20 vs Duke. Of course, that was before Cal tried to make him a "3".
