Alabama can’t play with Florida

As opposed to what?
Well, if quad 1 wins and resume are the guarantors of seeding, why is Duke the unquestioned #2 overall seed? Their resume is not clearly better than Florida’s. If anything, it should be up for debate rather than locked up… but it’s not. My point is that the seeding decisions are far more subjective than quad 1 wins and resume.

There’s couple blasting me for saying thought it was a douche move them jacking up 3s last night with 2 mins to go up almost 30 so I’m going to use their little quotes here.

If bama don’t like then they need to stop it…..lets see if Fla still launches 3s at the end of the game and up 25+????
Florida coach showed class and pulled his starters and put in the scrubs with over 2 minutes left in the game and only leading by 20 points.

CLASS. Something Nate Oates and Bama know NOTHING about.

Comparing it is close. Duke has them in NET, Kenpom, T-Rank, pretty much any metric they are slightly better. Quad 1 and quad 2 wins they are very tight. Maybe if Duke loses and Florida wins tomorrow they might jump them.

It'll be a completely different style game in the championship tomorrow.

I'm curious how well the Gators play against Tennessee's defense. They beat the Vols by 30 at home in January (73-43), but lost by 20 to them in Knoxville (64-44) on Feb 1st. Hard to believe anybody could hold Florida to 44 points now.

Kentucky was not injured. Many are amazed UK had the season they had and it is obvious they were playing for the name on the front of their jersey. Kentucky Pride. Very few teams in America would have held together the way Kentucky did with so many key players out or playing hurt. That is how UK won 22 games and are still alive.

Gators I know have upmost respect for the UK coach and team. We saw the mugging the refs and Bama put on the Cats last night. Your future is bright
Best of luck to you 1853- this just may be your year, sir!

Todd Golden, Will Wade are the best two young coaches in America. We didn’t talk to either.

There is a very obvious answer to this. You really should be aware of it. UK nor Barnhart would NEVER hire either of them. That’s why we ‘didn’t talk to either’. GBB.

Creighton & St. John's combined to score 53 points in first half of the Big East final. Florida scored 57 in the second half of the SEC semifinal (after scoring 47 in first half). On Alabama.

Stylistically, you can be more stark in contrast

I’m probably picking Florida to win it all, they are really really good. Florida may have found their next Donovan in Golden
It was funny a few months ago, when UT beat UF they were on blasting UF that they’d been exposed. Clayton sprained his ankle and it changed the game. There were several saying UF sucked. I wonder what they’re saying now

What happens to seeding if TN beats FL?

For some reason, Tinerc fan base hates UF more then their instate and border rivals. Steve Spurrier kicked it off by getting under their skin over 30 years ago.

It felt like Oweh attempted well over 20 three pointers and only missed once.
Oweh only took one three and hit it. Brea was 7-9 though. Clayton Jr. and Martin hit 11. Both teams played well, but we were the better TEAM that day. We had 25 assists to UF's 16. You have one of the best teams this year, but if we were healthy, I would not concede anything to the gators and would gladly accept the challenge in an elite 8 or final 4 matchup. That is not really a disparaging statement to the gators as I would feel that way about any opponent. If we don't get Butler back, we'll be doing good to get out of the first weekend. Sadly, Jaxon and Kerr are done for sure.

I will happily yell "BYE TIDE" with you though. If you meet up with any cardinals, blue devils or jayhawks, please send them off on spring break. I would include tarheels as well, but surely you won't have that opportunity.

Brea, that's him! I must have mistaken him for Oweh. That 7-9 still felt more like 19-20.
