Alabama’s Last Play

I think Milroe was running it no matter what….he gets snap and just bolts up in there

There was 7 Michigan guys at Los bs six bama blockers…he made a bad read

But this has been Milroe roller coaster all year. A decent teams ….and it caught up tk Bama in rhe end

No idea what Melrose was thinking there. Must have decided to run before the ball was snapped. I’m an SEC guy but not going to shed a tear for AL losing that game. Get sick of seeing the same teams playing for the championship.
Probably thinking bout boning Heather Locklear. PensacolaBlue, you and I think somewhat similar. I ask anyone in my personal sphere routinely “how does rooting for other $EC teams help UK?” They say we get money. Well, no shit, so does Vandy with the tv and bowl contracts.

Milroe had trouble with snaps all night. Looked like Johnny Bench out there on every one.

Maybe I am an idiot, but how is that an RPO? There was no one else in the backfield with him when the ball is snapped. Doesn't an RPO involve the ability to hand the ball off or do a play-action pass?

Melrose could run or pass to the back running to the left.

We’d have to pay a coach like saban enough to put him on bezos level if it was based on results to be commensurate with stoops salary.

2 consecutive bad snaps likely cost them at least 3 earlier in the game as well. Their C had an awful game
Was it just me or did AL's center snap knuckleballs? I thought the C was supposed to spin the ball like a pass/spiral on a shotgun snap, not just fling it back to the QB. Plus, it seemed like he was snapping it with more velocity than any other C I've seen this year. Maybe it was just me but that's what I saw.

Wolford's OL had struggles the whole game. And their C was very poor.
Let’s be real…snaps all year have been an issue. Tons of snaps at Milroe feet vs Michigan. Remember the rhe play before 34 yard miracle at auburn.

Bama has their own version of Jager Burton like we did

Surprising that Saban rode with his C, would've thought he'd have that cleaned up.

I’m not seeing what that guy’s seeing. If that was an RPO, then I’d think he would’ve at least looked toward his receiver. He had time even with the low snap.

Looks to me like he never had any intent other than to run that ball.
That is what I saw as well. It may have been a pass option call but Milroe clearly just busts it up in there regardless of the back in the flat area

Bama ol struggled in pass pro all year except against us. Coming into our game they were giving up 6-7 sacks a game. They still go biggest guys on the line and they aren’t necessarily built for elite level pass pro. They have line personnel to run the ball all the time. Game isn’t really played that way gotta have some nimble feet in there to pass block.

This was all on the C. #5 most likely scores with a good snap.

Snap was bad and Milroe had to bend to grab it and couldn't got left where he had the pass and blockers

Where he should have run

I don’t see it…the pulling guard was smothered and Milroe had nothing to cut left..there were all kind of Michigan players there…the other Oline were beat as well.

Trying to run up in a stacked box was a bad idea…needed a sprint out pass play that he csn tuck and run would have been better shot

Yeah he brain locked on that one. Just sprinted right toward a wall with no chance at all of making that work. I think he panicked a little because he didnt even look to cut or anything. Hoping it wasnt a called QB draw because if so that is on the OC and terrible decision.

I'm spreading the field and getting him out where he has run pass option on that one.

My experience has been no SEC teams root for UK and especially in the basketball tournament. I have seen fans of SEC teams playing either before or after UK at the same site openly cheering for UK's opponent.

Alabama Center did not have his best game. Lot of bad snaps the entire game. But not sure the Alabama QB played that well either. Would love to see the Michian QB play with some elite WRs. Think he is Uber talented.

Michigan was playing Chess on offense while Alabama was playing Checkers.

Low snap didn't force milroe to do anything. He blew it like he did all game. Just atrocious game from him. If he was going to go back to the sh1t version of himself I wish he'd done it vs Georgia so they could've beat Michigan.

He was so bad, bama could basically run none of their offense and still should've won.

I'll never understand the last play called, they hadn't been able to block all night, why did they think they could run it in then. That was the worst Saban team I have ever seen as far as discipline and self-inflicted mistakes. Even though Michigan had a very good defense, Milroe froze like a rabbit in the first half leading to multiple sacks. The second half he executed better, but he had no confidence is his passes or his receiver's. The linebackers and secondary were confused all night, Alabama got exposed, they were on their heels all night despite saying Michigan didn't do anything they weren't ready for, which is kind of funny. As many mistakes as they made, they still had a chance to win the game in the end.
