ACC 1-9 in bowls so far. 0-3 vs G5 schools. I'm not going to pretend bowls mean as much as they did a decade ago, but 1-9 is just horrid no matter how you look at it. Another reason auto-bids need to go away. No reasoning on planet Earth that the ACC deserved 2 playoff teams.
Saw someone point out that even UConn would have probably made a bowl in the ACC this year. They played 10-3 Syracuse and 9-3 Duke down to the wire in a 1 possession loss, and just beat UNC (a bowl team) by 2 TDs.
