A win over #3 UT would be two things;

This one would be v our arch rival #3 undefeated UT on Rocky Top.

I know you guys dont want to give UT credit for anything and Im fine with that but it simply would be.

It would ruin their perfect season and give hope to UK winning the East, SEC and National Titles.

I totally agree with you. Again for what it’s worth, analytics give us a 17 to 18% chance. I hope he does not, but it hooker got hurt or any player that is the most valuable player on either team gets hurt.( Levis’s turf, toe for instance) , then all bets are off . If there were zero chance, there is no reason to play. The media would call it a shocking upset. JMO but I think the cats cover, but do not win.

The media is overlooking alot of intagibles that I have outlined. They only see 50 points a game. Thats it. No thats not F’in it either.

Pretty sure the media sees we have a top 10 run defense, played a better defense in alabama, destroyed a 6-2 LSU team on the road, and we get 3 starters back for this game, 2 on defense and 1 on offense.

They probably also see that Kentucky is avg 26 points a game against a much weaker schedule and Tennessee has scored 30+ in 10 straight games.

But yeah, other than that Tennessee is all smoke and mirrors and every team Tennessee plays is just bad.

Bama and UK do not play the same style of defense and don’t think you can say bamas defebse is better than UK’s at this point. Uk gave up 225 yards to MSST while bama gave 293. That is our only common opponent but is both bama and UK’s last game played. I don’t think TN will score anywhere near as many points as you did against bama. If you score 30 you will be the first this year.

Well ... I feel better knowing I can blame you when the Cats stink up the place ... kidding, of course. I just hate pick against them. UT has a damn good team this year and you have to tip the hat to them. I think the real problem is that Levis doesn't have time he needs to find an open receiver but that's not all the fault of the OL. Levis can't seem to process fast enough, find the open man, and make the right decision for his best pass option before the protection collapses. He needs to be near perfect and he's not.
