We are on the our 3rd OC and 3rd OL coach in 3 years. That inconsistency takes a toll on your offense unless you are an Alabama or someone like that. Not sure that Scang is the right guy for the job, but the turnover in OL and OC is hard to deal with. Scang is scared to throw the ball down the field.
