Preseason just starting, and its anyone's game.
Kinnard seems to be good at KC
Luke Fortner may actually start at center as a rookie
Josh Paschal is out with a sports hernia.
Since healing is 6-12 weeks, he may spend this year on IR.
Mosely just now coming off PUP list, and will have to start from scratch with the 'boys
Corker turning some heads, may have a chance
Snell apparently injured
D.Rosenthal not currently listed on any team that I could find...I thought he signed with the Falcons.
And the countdowns begin

Falcons had him listed as a mini camp tryout player in May and not one of their UDFA signings. Don't know what happened there

I'm surprised Kinnard is running 3rd string on the Chiefs whose OL has had challenges. The commentary I saw re: DK was he's a brute in the run game, very athletic but pass pro technique leaves a lot to be desired. Seems like the team is still high on him but, reading between lines, he may be more of a project than originally anticipated.

Many scouts thought Kinnard needed to move to guard as was he badly beaten by edge rushers in his senior bowl practices. The move would play well with his power game. I don't know if the Chiefs moved him or not. According to this article, he is on the bubble to make the 53 man roster.

Listening to local sports talk here in KC, the overall opinion of Kinnard is that he is not getting it done at RT. The job was there for the taking and he has disappointed. I wouldn't be surprised if the Chiefs try to sneak him through waivers and park him on the practice squad.

That's the big blue walls deal here. Block great for run, pass protection lacking

The pass pro seems to be a UK lineman continuing issue. Of course, Kinnard only had one year under an oc with pro ties, and the more I read the more disappointed I am with our last Oline coach.
Wolford only had him one year. Most of the lineman we’ve had tend to struggle in pass Pro And honestly DK was never going to be a tackle in the NFL.

Landon Young is doing well down in New Orleans, was getting first string reps until Tuesday when he was out with a minor injury. Dad said it was a more precautionary but they will hold him out a week or so because they've had a bunch of other injuries on the line and will really be counting on him.

Poor pass pro is what happens when an inept QB coach (or WR coach for that matter) can't recruit good talent or build up what's on the roster. Why practice pass pro when the QB can't go through progressions, read a defense, or complete a pass? Hell, how are you going to get IN-GAME REPS?

I don't fault the BBL or Schlarman. Wolf wasn't great and I'm honestly happy he's a big f-off elephant now, but it goes beyond him since Schlarman was just teaching what he had to for Ws.

Warford (did), Toth, Landon, Sternberg, and Fortner seem to be doing alright for themselves so far. Still happy for the BBL guys we put in the NFL.
