It seems to be fine on my end. I just watched part of the halftime report via the YouTube video and it seemed in sync to me. Perhaps try a different browser if possible? I personally prefer Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. If that doesn't help, please provide a specific time frame where it seems off to you and I'll check it on my end as well.
