I am going to say pass. However, if Pope actually wants him, I will have to believe that my opinion is wrong. Pope knows what he is doing.
I’ll post what was written about him.
Suigo was the only 7-footer on the roster and he has very good mobility in addition to his size. His hips aren’t stiff and he moves better than you would expect from a 7-foot plus 18-year-old. He has a nice 3PT shot and has pick and pop potential, as he demonstrated many times in the games. His shot wasn’t limited to catch and shoot, he also looked good shooting midrange shots off the dribble in drills and off movement. He caught some alley-oops and scored some around the basket as well
He needs to watch some videos of Shagari Alleyne (No, Shag wasn't a superstar, but he did know what a 7'3" player was supposed to do with the ball anywhere near the rim)
Anyone else remember that time Shagari kept moving up the bench till Tubby noticed him and put him in?

I’m liking him, now when he gets here he needs a good 10lbs of muscle added and he needs to dunk it every time!
10 lbs😬, more like 40😊. He looks like a great prospect otherwise.
He also has great vision and passing ability perfect for a Pope’s system.
I like the fact that he doesn’t dunk everything up to this point because it has developed a soft touch around the rim. It kind of reminds me of Jokic. If he comes here Pope will coach him to dunk and when he can’t dunk he won’t miss many lay ups. Yes I know this is a little confusing but it makes sense in my head.
