On the last drive of the game around our 50. We had a 2nd and 8. And we took a deep shot. To me this was a horrible call. Granted I don’t know the play design but why not run the ball or hit our short routes we were effective with and get in a 3rd and short to keep the chains moving. Milk the clock down methodically and get into field goal range to kick as time expired.
