So the answer here is to murder the baby? The feasible concept of personal responsibility where you either use protection or if you do have a kid, you pay for it yourself instead of putting it on the tax payers and actually take care of your kids instead of living off of the government tit. A majority of those on welfare happens to be a minority...black. 39.9% according to HHS. Followed by 38.8% for whites. Considering blacks make up what 12% of the population that is a pretty significant majority of the minorities in terms of per capita.
