2025 Football Schedule has dropped….

4pm is the perfect kick off time. Plenty of time to tailgate but you don’t get home at 1am. I think we’ll be spared noon kickoffs for SEC home games this year simply due to the quality of teams we’re playing.
You’re not wrong about the kickoff time being ideal for tailgating and getting back home. The point I was making is that the weekly 4PM game on the SEC Network is generally the worst (least attractive) game of the week.

We’ll probably get stuck with a few 12n KO but we’ll also have plenty of night games as well.

Understood on the time slot “quality”. But since I have season tickets, I’ll happily take the 4pm slot regardless of perception.

Having bye weeks that early really sucks. If we have injuries in the second half there will be no rest.

3-9, 4-8. The way things are going it could be 2-10.

3-9

Vandy is the only one where I put loss but think it could go the other way so maybe 4-8. I had us at 5-7 this season.

The legend of Kentucky weather is largely over exaggerated .

People on here talk about November around here like it’s the North Pole.

I don’t know if people have noticed but we’ve had better luck against the big boys earlier in the season.

Have beaten Florida. Just played UGA close and beat Ole Miss early season.

Historically CMS is significantly better first 6 weeks. Largely due to OOC but against the SEC teams we play first half of season as well.

If he and MB were smart, they’d be lobbying to get UL back first game of the season…before the team is dog stomped and exhausted.

Offensive teams/coaches that rely on reps, chemistry, and rhythm to build are a little slower out of the gate.

Especially now when they’re breaking in new QBs and skill talent every year.

Offense, rhythm, QBs, skill talent aren’t CMS’ thing. Which I guess is an advantage early on.

Slug it out, play field position, eat clock actually is somewhat effective early season.

Traffic will really light as well. Saving another 30 minutes to hour getting out of town.

Go Big Blue!
