Well, we got time... might as well talk about it.

We would have lost a guaranteed 6 seniors. Now we could conceivably lose no one. In fact, in many ways, the only way you might lose some are through transfers, or if they have really great summers and they use their summer league to boost their draft stock.

So, what are out 2021 thoughts? The bad thing is that our pitching staff is young and it needs a lot of growing up, but they won't get that now with SEC experience. Our team might be hurt less than others because I don't know that we have a whole lot of guys that are minor league ready. Could lose some that are just kind of old enough and ready to move on, but may not lose as many as other SEC teams.

So you're saying all our seniors will be back for 21

I would imagine so. Can't say for sure, but I doubt that any of them significantly increased their draft stock in the 16 or so games we played in 2020.
Assuming this is true, and they get to play the 21 season, I would love to see another season of a healthy TJC and Zeke was on fire!

2021 is such a question mark that Im not sure anyone knows what will happen. If recruiting isnt good, which next years class is so/so, Im not sure what to expect. All I know is I'm sad there is zero sports on.............I'm not going to survive guys.

I guess this saves coach Min for another year?

11-6 this season. I don’t think he’s going anywhere anytime soon.

According to UK records, the Cats have had 26 known head coaches. Here’s how they rank by winning percentage:

1. J.B. Fledge (6-1) .857
2. H.E. Reed (12-2-1) .833
3. F.C. Paulin (12-3) .800
4. C.M. Leaphart (12-5-1) .694
5. Andrew Gill (18-8) .692
6. G.L. Byroade (9-4) .692
7. Frank Engel (26-12-2) .675
8. Bill Tuttle (7-4) .636
9. John Cohen (175-112-1) .610
10. Nick Mingione (114-80) .587
11. Gary Henderson (258-199) .564
12. W.C. Kelly (10-8) .556
13. Alpha Brummage (16-13-1) .550
14. Bill Black (7-6) .538
15. Fred Major (7-6-1) .536
16. Keith Madison (735-638-5) .535

11-6...my guess over the next 3 weeks that was going to change dramatically.

9 left 10 and 11 in the best position the baseball team had been in a long time and neither were able to improve on it. I imagine the Mingione win percentage was going to take a pretty big hit this year once we started league play.
