2015-16 Lindy's College basketball Preseason Magazine with top 10

Hey they beat Wisconsin last year.
Team returns a lot of starters, adds stud frosh big man Diamond Stone, rebounding transfer from GT, a juco guard and Rasheed Suememan from Duke.

They beat Wisconsin without their full allotment of players. Jackson did not play.

Duke at #9 seems a bit low...IU at #4 is a joke.

The Hoosiers will be excellent offensively and fun to watch but again will be terrible on D and we'll have to see how ready Bryant is as he is all they have down low.

The hoosiers may not have enough players by the start of the season. Still alot of time for other players to do something stupid.

If you don't think Maryland is worthy of the preseason #1 ranking than you must be one of those fans that only pays attention to UK or SEC teams. Maryland is going to be great. They got blown out by West Virginia but I believe Tremble was injured in that game and they struggled against the pressure Wva was applying. Don't expect that to happen this year. That is why veteran teams win. Maryland is a final four team.

They will not be in the final four.

Lindy's is obviously going all in with him. For his sake, I hope the alcohol possession isn't the start of many poor decisions on his part.

I'm not saying Virginia doesn't deseve their ranking, but I still think their inability to score with the elite teams is going to be their undoing. No matter how good you are defensively, at some point in a big game the score is going to go beyond 65 points(their average ppg last year) and you'd better be able to score beyond it. Will they be able to do that in 2016?

Better find a good replacement for a healthy Justin Anderson. You don't just find 45 percent three point shooters like him and his defense was also terrific.

I just call em Carolina at this point myself when I'm in the mood to not call em un-CHEAT or tar holes. And yes, I make sure to call South Carolina exactly that in order to avoid confusion at this point.

Maryland is probably a top 5 team, and they did beat Wisconsin last year. They also got beat by WVU, a team we beat by a trillion. I think this just goes to show that college basketball is going to be down some next year. IU at #4? That's laughable. Tom Crean will get pre-season #4 rings made for the team now. The fanbase will follow suit with shirts and memorabilia. Should be a fun pre-season for Hoosier fans.

The more I think about it, the more I actually like UK's chances almost as much as last season's.

The pack is so much weaker. There are no system teams with multiple top 20 picks returning like Wisconsin. There are no multiple-lottery pick teams like Duke.

Kentucky will have a number of high efficiency, play making guards. Last year, we really only had Ulis who could do it consistently.

If Mulder is the shooter we all think he will be, UK could be extremely successful next year.

2014/2015's UK, Duke, Wisconsin and Arizona would all be heavy favorites this year.

...which means UConn will be mediocre all year then come in and steal the title.

LOL Maryland has no business above 5 or 6 and IU and Nova have no business in the top 10, like at all. UNCheat and UK are the only 2 choices for 1 really .
