Would be 9-4 the rest of the way. Leave them at 23-8 (12-6) entering the SEC tourney and in line for a 2-3 seed.

I like yours except I think an L at Missouri. What really makes me pause if there easily could be some Ls we shouldn’t take. I don’t see many Ws that would should take from the other projected losses.

8-5 should be the goal (at minimum). 11-7 in the SEC this year probably gets us a 3 seed which puts you in good position. I like us to win 1/2 at home vs. UT and Auburn, win the rest of the home games, and find a way to steal at least 3 more road games (I’d say @Vandy, @Oklahoma, and @Texas are most likely, but I won’t be surprised if we steal one @UT, Bama, or Ole Miss).

One thing I’m really interested to see is how Pope adjusts when we play a team twice in one season. He’s just such a smart basketball mind that I wouldn’t say @Bama is a loss even though we couldn’t get it done at home

I think 8-5, too, to finish 11-7 in SEC and 22-9 going into SECT.

The big stretch to me is this next 4.

@Vandy much improved, slamming TN.
@Tn strong especially at home
Ark gonna get their best shot, should win.
@Olemiss been really strong

If we could somehow go 3-1 in that stretch I'd be thrilled. 2-2 very reasonable with how Vandy is playing.

Spot wise this a really bad spot for Vandy. Huge win and UK coming off a loss. This a a bettors dream.

I don't even think 9-9 is really all that pessimistic. I think that's realistic. 8 to 11 wins IMO is realistic.

I think in this conference with our resume 9-9 still nets us a decent seed in the NCAA tournament.

I'm holding firm on my prediction in the preseason we'd finish the regular season with 8 losses. So I'm saying we will lose 4 more games, in some way shape or form. Might be kinda surprising where we pick them up, and who we beat along the way, too.
