1 Oklahoma @ 2 Kansas

I expect KU will send the Sooner's home with a double digit loss. It seems B12 teams just crumble when they enter the Phog. Until one of them proves me wrong I'm not convinced any of them can beat KU at home. Our Cat's are the most likely one to do it, but this year I'm not exactly feeling confident about that either.

KU isn't losing at Allen Fieldhouse. I just don't see it happening. You can bet I'll be watching though.

KU by 9.

Kansas is playing well. Beyond that, I'd take any B-12 rankings with a grain of salt until, and unless the conference proves something in March. I think they had 9 teams ranked in the Top Ten last year and none made it to the Elite Eight. (Slight exaggeration for effect.)

Best case is that Kansas beats them and everyone else; Kentucky comes in and beats Kansas on their home court which would vault us up the polls (assuming we are winning other games as well).

Kansas is going to beat them like a rented mule. The couple of games I have watched OK they have not impressed me, but, I hope some how they pull out a WW. but I do not think they will.

Ruprecht the monkey boy says: Oklahoma!

Two great shooting teams with great guards. Whoever plays the best D and rebounds will win. (Shocker!) Expect Spangler to have two quick fouls and for KU's better front court depth to win out in the end.

Sooners need something to cheer em up after getting butts kicked by Clemson. Don't count out Krugers bunch. Tall order for a W but they've been playing pretty well. Git some Sooners!

KU at home by 10. If not, they are doomed this season.
I wouldn't say doomed, but it would sting like a mofo. I think it could be a solid warning sign that we may not be elite if we lose to the only two high quality opponents we have faced if we happen to cough up a loss at AFH.

KU has beaten nobody while OU pounded Nova & beat ISU. As long as the refs don't intervene, which they often do in Allen craphouse, the better team wins. OU by 7.

i'll say ku, but i'm using this game to figure out OU and how I'll have them in my brackets later on in the year.

Nobody is elite this year. Every Achilles has a big, red throbbing heel (or 2) this time around.

That said, I think you guys are the best team in the country, and I very much doubt you lose tonight.

Kansas. But I expect a very overconfident KU team to go to Texas Tech Saturday and lose. You read it here first.[winking]

***I think that one will be a struggle but KU will win, BUT I think WVU DOES upset them in Morgantown the very next game.

I hear ya, but i'll be damned if we don't look downright pedestrian for stretches while the jump shots don't fall. I think every top ten will take a minimum 2 or 3 L's during conference play---you just can't do it at home.

No one pays attention to the coaches poll anymore, but at worst, your subject line is misleading and should read #1 (Coaches) OU vs #1 (AP) KU tonight.

Looking forward to what fiction you can come up with after KU wins this game.

I think Kansas wins, but I can't wait to watch. This could be a great ball game. I don't think Oklahoma will go away easy. Kansas will have to play their A game.
