Don’t get how the safety bites up. Rule number one as a S in any zone coverage is to not let someone behind you in your quarter/half.

Like did we not watch 2 weeks of film of Hyatt being wide open against Bama?

Well we gave the defense almost 2 minutes to figure it out till we gave it back to them.

Imagine having two weeks to prepare and giving up a TD that quick and going 3 and out immediately.
You can prepare all you want but if they don’t execute then it’s all a waste. Safety has to stay deep and come up later. Got caught looking at the cross and got smoked

We made them punt four times. How do we not have an SEC Defensive Player of the Week? Also, our special teams is awesome because we improved from last season vs. Tennessee. Forced a hold on a PAT. We only gave up 44 instead of 45.

That's pretty much what I saw.

I think the Safety just "bit" on something he should not have and gave up a very open catch. I'll ass-u-me that it was coached properly so I think the Safety just "blew the coverage". That happens. But then it happened again. [eyeroll]
