I think we just witnessed one of the best performances from a single player in UK history. Shep killed those fellas. Dilly also was a huge part in the run.
Come on home to LEXINGTON a few games boys.. that was a tough as it gets the last week of February. Let's get this train rolling til we get to Knoxville then we will see if we can beat a top 5 team.

To Cals credit. I saw some situational coaching from him the last few minutes i thought was good. You just can’t stop somebody unconscious like the Hubbard kid. But you have to foul up 3 under 15 seconds. you just have to. Great to come out with a win. That was the best State had and we survived it.
We finally showed some heart. Won a game on the last possession wow. This is a huge win. We do dumb shit but man that feels amazing.

He will never have a game like that again. That last 3 was from 35 feet and fading away. Reeves couldn’t have guarded him much better or pushed him out further.
Legit all 3 of those 3s Hubbard hit were bullshit every single one of them, but Reed Sheppard saved us

Hubbard is good, but he ain’t going to be able to do that every game. That last 30 footer his legs were spread 4 feet, when you hit doing that it’s a sh— shot.

I agree Cal has sucked more often than not the past 5 years and especially this season. He did a good job in this game, so not sure your point. Sure Reed did what we needed him to do but Cal made actual changes multiple times this game. There's been plenty of games to bitch about his coaching. This isn't one of them.
The inability to enjoy a big road victory and another Quad 1 win amazes me.

This just feels like a huge win, another 56 point half. Played kinda poor first half, back against the wall. Got down 11 and fought the rest of the game. Instead of blowing it and being a back breaker, we win and get some momentum.
Guess we don't have to worry about them storming the court and hurting one of our players.
Huge win, I agree. Beat the kind of physical, grind-it-out team that gives us trouble, won a close game, and hit a (practically) buzzer beater.
