It doesn't matter what seed they are. They aren't winning in the tournament with no defense.
Z is a better defender than Bradshaw or Ugo. which is not saying much. But defense shouldn’t be why Cal won’t play him.

What the heck is their problem with defense? My middle school girls played better defense than these guys do!! I can't watch anymore today. Doc said if I get too upset my heart could flare up. I'm gonna take a break...and breathe. I hate to stop watching, but I get so upset.

How in the world do you have two top 10 picks, and another 1st team All-SEC guy and lose to teams like LSU, UNC Wilmington, Texas A&M and potentially Arkansas?

You give up too easily. Bunch of quitters as posters on here. That being said that was the worst 8 minute stretch of basketball we've played all season. Discouraging in March and at home. That being said lets get our heads out of our ass and make a run to win this game. Come on Cats!

I agree. Something major needs to happen to wake up this program. Reed going off is not enough.
It's Cal. You think a lot of the fans at Rupp don't see just how asanine Cal's roster management is? Why cheer for kids who have one foot out the door? Before you even get to know them, they're gone because of half-ass effort in the tournament in order to protect their draft status. Cal RARELY ever admonishes a player for piss-poor effort and decision-making. Apathy set in a long time ago. The program needs a change.
