That's freaking awesome. We are going to murder people next year.
held newspaper covering crotch as walking. nothing to see here.I LOVE this:
“I told them I was going to Kentucky before I ended up committing so we started the group chat a little early,” he says. “The day before Bam committed, he told Wenyen and so Wenyen added him to the group chat before he committed. And then Malik committed a couple of days later and then I brought him into the group chat. At this point, we’re all just bonding and getting to know each other better—build team chemistry. We talk almost every day. We just want to show up to Lexington and try to win a championship at the end of the day."
Yep we need someone like Briscoe to come back as without a guy like that or Ulis the only real good experienced player will be Hawkins and Willis . If the freshmen are the main contributors I think we lose 5-6 games next year but if we get Ulis or Briscoe back we lose 1-2 games. We need some leadership for next year's team.Depending on who comes back has a lot to do with it. If you go back and look at our 2009 team we had John Wall, Demarcus Cousins, Eric Bledsoe, and Patrick Paterson... A lot of our wins were close. You'd think we murdered everyone with that talent. Not to mention last year. That said, I am really excited about next years team and their potential!
While they're here, of course they want to. They are coming here because they believe it is their best option for their career (since they can't go directly to the pros). They aren't turning down millions of dollars to have extra shots at it either. But I thought all these players didn't care about championships "at the end of the day". Only their future career, right? I've been told that over and over even by our own "know everything others are thinking" fans on here.
Guess they'll just ignore this.
I like the idea!!! I do think that with some upper class leadership it sounds reasonable! Willis, Ulis?, Briscoe?, Matthews, Mulder added to the freshmen would be awesome!!!!I like the fact that they all have been in communication, like each other, and want to play together. I hope they are in contact with Bolden. If all those guys get in his ear, it may be hard for him to go elsewhere. Would be an unbelievable class, and maybe Cal's 40-0 that he covets.
If our top 6 leave we are not going undefeated. We will have several games where we look like a team that relies a lot on freshman and we'll likely lose a few of them.
