Strange bird story this morning...

There is a small bird that landed on my back deck and sees its reflection in my storm door. For over an hour now it has fought its own reflection as hard as it can without stop. I think it may actually kill itself it is fighting so hard. Is it bird mating season right now and are they in musk or what in the hell is that?

I used to sleep on the couch a lot at my old house and had this problem frequently in the mornings. Bird would fight its reflection in the door then go rest on the deck railing and poop all over the place. Typically throwing a pillow at the door as the bird was fighting itself would get it to go away and allow me to sleep in.

Here the crazy little bastard is. Two hours now and as soon as i walk away it resumes fighting its reflection as hard as it can. I am sure it is going to kill itself:

Maybe it's just me, but I would think that a dude named Lord Crow would be more in touch with the Aves.

Couple years ago we had a cardinal here that would fight the mirror on my truck because of the reflection. DId it on and off for a couple weeks.

He is the Lord of Crows, not Robins. They're just the chipmunk of the bird family. If it dies, it dies.
