Pretty clear Boogie is gonna back up Cal no matter what, regardless of the reality. Rondo has a much better perspective as he's from the state and played under a different coach.

They both make good arguments and Rondo seems to understand the fan base and expectations. We expect alot and most understand that you can't win the championship every year. We do expect us to be near the top 16 or 8 atleast. Final Fours then become more realistic with the championships possible with a good performance. Cal has showed his colors and most fans just rather start our rebuild other than a opps sorry guys season.

Rajon was born in Kentucky. He gets what UK basketball means to the people of this state.

To Boogie, UK is the program he chose to attend. The fall of UK basketball just doesn't affect him the same way. He also looks at Cal like some kind of father he never had or something, which means that to him Cal can do no wrong.
