We offer Drew who turned us down! His record was ok but not great and I would have supported him, but a lot of unknowns with this hire. I'm not convinced that the next tier guys aren't as good as him. Maybe better.

Then we offer Hurley who never was coming!

So why is the sky falling? Now the real search begins! There are at least 6-7 candidates and Mitch needs to get a basketball brain to help him identify the "RIGHT" one!

Biggest thing that I liked about Drew was his recruiting connections!

Agree. However, I'm liking Todd Golden more and more!

Those would be my next three calls in order. I would have and still do prefer Pearl over Donovan or Drew. If we land any of those three guys, I think we should all be really happy.
