Thought the exact same thing. Pretty sure he did the leg trip in retaliation for him touching him (maybe he took it as a push or something but I don't really see that at all).
As a trained medical professional I don't get the outrage. Anatomically speaking, it is perfectly obvious Flipowski has to accommodate that way in order to get up due to his recent grievous injury. A torn vagina will do that every time.
