I just read that Joseph Uchebo (Word of God Academy, Raleigh) has been released from his LOI by N. C. State. He's from Nigeria. Rivals lists him as 6'9", 240, but I just saw a piece from slamonline.com (?) referring to him as 7'0". The SLAM report said he got 21 rebounds in the Jordan Brands "Regional" game on Saturday.

Anybody know whether Cal is pursuing Joseph Uchebo?

I think we should be pursuing Uchebo full-tilt. He could be a 3-year or 4-year player who can contribute. We are going to need some of those.
