Is this Juwan Howard to Michigan?

I remember Mark Pope as a player. I have little knowledge of him as a coach, his playing style, recruiting success, etc.

This feels like a Juwan Howard to Michigan hire. (I know Howard didn’t have any NCAA Coaching experience, but he had coached with NBA teams). Am I wrong? I hope so.
