Yes, fire MB first. Hire a younger AD at a much lower salary (I don't know what Mitch makes) and that frees up money to do the deed shortly after Mitch goes.

Wasn't that what Minnesota did to get rid of Tubby.? As I recall the incoming AD was the one who fired the coach.
