Must be rough to be a Gator fan. You lose handedly to Utah, and your transfer-outs ball out. I get some of these guys didn't play the hardest competition, but its still impressive. Its their first game on a new team.

WR Xavier Henderson (Cincinnati)
7 Catches, 149yds, 1 TD *led team in Rec*
(410 yds last year at UF)

RB NayQuan Wright (USF)
111 Yards Rushing *led team in Rush*
(190 yds all of last season)

RB Lorenzo Lingard (Akron)
101 Total Yards, 1 TD *led team in Total yds*
(10 carries, 2 catches last season)
(You may say "meh, Akron", but Akron had 4* WR transfers from LSU and Penn State, yet Florida's RB3 had more receiving yards than all of them)

EDGE Antwan Powell (Virginia Tech)
6 Tackles, 2 Sacks, 2 TFLs, 1 FF *led team in multiple categories*
(had 3 sacks all of last year)

LB Diwan Black (Temple)
3 Tackles, 1 Sack

LT Josh Braun (Arkansas)
Starting for Arkansas, was backup at UF

RT Michael Tarquin (USC)
Starting for USC, didn't share starting duties until his 4th year at Florida.

Guys who had some sort of production:
CB Avery Helm (TCU) - 5 Tackles, 1 PD
LB David Reese (Cal) - 3 Tackles
S Trevez Johnson (Missouri) - 3 Tackles
WR Daejon Reynolds (Pitt) - 2 Catches, 17yds
S Kamar Wilcoxsan (Temple) - 1 Tackle

We usually have maybe 1 or 2 transfer-outs who have some good games in a whole season. Florida had over half a teams worth of guys who started or had at least a couple tackles/catches in week one. To compare, the only guy who had any stats to note from UKs 2022 transfer outs was Tomiwa Durojaye's sack. That's including 3 former UK starters who produced no stats on their new teams in week 1 (cuz its not easy to walk into a new program and immediately start unless you are pretty dang good). Our starting RB for multiple games last year can't get a carry at his new school but Florida has their RB2 and RB3 lead their new teams in yardage in game #1. Lol.

If these guys can go elsewhere in D-1 and ball out and were mostly backups or under-utilized on a 6 win team; there's some problems beyond talent. I looked at multiple other teams and practically no other teams had so many of their transfer-outs play this well.
