Five of the seven won national championships.

The only two who didn't win it all were drunk at the time.

Some of the ones who did win had some coaching
deficiencies, either in recruiting or coaching.

We don't need one of the all time greats. Anybody
sober and up to date on the modern game will win at UK.

Just an fyi the modern game crap doesn’t exist. Teams are making the sweet sixteen based on defense and old school college basketball.

I mainly meant taking the 3 point shot seriously on offense and defense. I didn't mean to imply that you
don't need defense; defense will always be a necessity.

UK has never hired a coach that had a national championship before coming to UK. Sutton, Pitino and Cal all had a FF. (Cal had 2 FF)
If Donovan, Wright or Drew were hired, they would all have the greatest pre UK resume in history
