Jan. 15 - Tilton School; Tilton, NH; SOPH, 6’5”, G/F - Lost to Brewster Academy (NH) 57-53. Brewster is loaded with post-grad players. From Boston area town of Roxbury. Looking at this kid’s body, I can’t believe he is a 16 year old Sophomore! Strong! Nice outside shot with good rotation, and takes it inside often. Can take the bump, play through it, and get his shot off. Unselfish and a very good passer. I’ll bet he really enjoys making good passes. For you old timers like me, don’t you just love kids who are smart enough to use the board on layups? Well, you’ll love Wayne because he will bank in a 12” jumper from the wing! I can’t imagine how good this kid will be in two years. Did make a couple of Soph passes and got his pocket picked at the end of the game, but keep this kid on your wish-list! Scored 16 points; 6-10 FG; 2-5 3’s; 2-3 FT; 0 Rebs; 1 Assist (could swear he had more!); 4 TO’s; 1 Steal; 29 Minutes.
