Copied from KSR. What record do we need to win? 4-1 would mathematically get us there (14-4), Unless LSU goes 5-0 (unlikely), with our loss being at home vs LSU. Given that 15-3 or 14-4 are unlikely for any team in the SEC, 13-5 or possibly even 12-6 could claim top spot. I think A&M will go 5-0 (with our injuries and short turn around, I dont see us pulling it off. If healthy, yes) and be at 13-5. Meaning we have to go 3-1. We could do that, and that's what I predict. South Carolina doesnt have a particularly difficult schedule, but they're fading.
My predictions:
1. Texas A&M 13-5 (win out)
2. Kentucky 13-5 (3-2, tiebreaker loss vs A&M)
3. South Carolina 12-6
4. LSU 11-7
5. Florida 11-7/10-8
