Worrisome

I would like to get @JRowland's input on this, but it seems as if the players have given up and this is the most worrisome part. During the Brooks era and even when Guy Morriss was here the teams played hard and got more out of their limited talent than the current roster that is far superior talent-wise. Why is our current coaching staff getting so little out of this team? Why are these players ill prepared schematically and mentally?
