No one has a better back court and only 2-3 teams are as good in the front court. I love UK being preseason #1 and in every poll after. It means a heck of a lot when you are hoping for a good seed and it keeps us at the very top of every sports section.
Rankings absolutely matter. Rare is the team that wins it all if they were not ranked very high most/some of the
season. UK did not become UK by wanting other teams to be ranked ahead of us so we don't have pressure on us. That is the UL way.....
