Instead of going with Matthews, I wish Mulder would get more of a look. I think Mulder has the potential to give UK another perimeter threat it badly needs, especially with Willis being hurt. I don't understand why he hasn't gotten more opportunities .
I agree with this but it probably won't happen.We have a problem with injuries right now.Even though the Bama game is in Rupp we could have problems because we can't put enough scoring threats on the floor.Cal will have to be a bit creative in what he does for this one,he may need to think outside the box a little.
If we go small, might as well go really small and get our best four guards:
G Ulis
G Hawkins
G Murray
G Briscoe
F Humphries
Briscoe creates a tough matchup at the 4 and with the way he rebounds, we won't lose that much on that end. Hawkins can at least shoot at a decent clip and stretches the court a little.
I know we give up a lot of size, but it creates mismatches on the other end as well. With our front court injuries, it is worth a try.

Next man up!!! We are like the Baa Baa Black sheep we are going to be a band of misfits and taped up parts by the time this season ends and we get the plane to the ground....Cal must be rough on them every year injuries but epidemic this season.
Well yes to both but thank god it looks like Poy should be back this week or soon after as we go no where without 2 starters missing . No team can win missing 2 starters for more then a game or 2 tops. UK and Duke are in similar positions in that they need to get healthy and if they can by March they both will make the final 4 IMO.
