Wisconsin already has five home losses this year and is having an easy time with former #1.
This is what happens in league play on the road. When there are no elite teams, good teams lose to crappy teams.
Lost to a terrible Wisconsin team today. What will the trolls say to that?
Wow, they lost again today? I watched them get blown out at home Thursday to Iowa. Valentine has been back for both games, so there's no excuse. It's truly wide open this year. If we only had some beef in the middle. Dang you Dakari. He went pro because he was too embarrassed to be the only one to stay.
I guess Oklahoma and Maryland are the only teams who shouldn't fire their coaches and start role players born in the state.
Plenty care here apparently because they constantly compare him to Cal. Unless Izzo is sucking then they are no where to be found.
It is funny anytime UK has a bad stretch or doesn't look great for any extended period of time, a few unnamed posters come out of the woodwork.
They start saying things like "Cal and the players only care about the NBA"; "What would Izzo do with all this talent UK has"; "Cal is playing the higher recruits only bc he wants to get them drafted"; "Cal should stop recruiting the one and dones" etc etc etc.
When u call them out on this BS, they immediately hide behind the "I am a true UK fan bc I call it like it is and if u don't admit it then you think Cal is untouchable". No one thinks Cal is above criticism. But if you are just making crap up to fit whatever agenda it is you are pushing you are gonna get called out on it, and rightfully so.
Great thing is Cal has been so successful since he has been here we have not had much for them to complain about. So they stay in hiding until we struggle for a few games or even a season. You would think they would not have the cajones to pull this stuff after Cals approach has been proven so incredibly successful. Yet they always do. Like clockwork.

It's just a very weird year. Your best teams are probably Kansas and UNC and in most years I don't think they'd be favorites.
As mentioned in another thread, if UK wins in 2014/2015 no one cares too much about a down year. I'm sure at MSU no one cares because they made their 1 out of 4 years final four run last season.

Izzo is the greatest coach of the second tier there is. His final four record is abysmal.
Cal should be the top man in the NCAA's top level right now. I never argue cal sucks or isn't great, quite the opposite; I believe he's missing his potential over dumb reasoning. It's ego.
The same pumpers say the same things and they miss the point completely. Cal has it good enough right now to be remembered as "the" great one. I'm afraid his Ego isn't going to allow it.

I wouldn't say "plenty". It's just that the "few" are "plenty noisy"...and annoying.
Unless you are a UNC fan this year don't count on having a team that can win six in March. I'd put Maryland and Oklahoma right behind them but UNC has already beaten Maryland, and Oklahoma, though very good, doesn't look like a team that can win those six.
