Am I frustrated with the last 3 games? Of course I am, and while we are all emotional and we tend let our frustration get to us and have a "What have you done for me lately attitude", the last 2 teams we faced should have been no surprise that if we were going to win, we were going to have our best offense and win in a shoot out. Right now, Dual threat QB's will have the upper hand against us. We just played against 2 of the best in the game. Everyone seems to forget that we are sitting at 4-4 with 4 very winnable games left on the schedule.
No doubt our defense can stop a one dimensional team, when a team is good at both, we are in trouble. Georgia can run the ball, passing is not great. Vandy was shut out against Houston and have struggled to score, we have faced some really good defenses and have moved the ball, but have shot ourselves in the foot with drops and play calling. If we play UofL needing a win to be bowl eligible, lord help us. We should be favored in 3 of the next 4.
You will see a more permanent youth movement starting with Edwards and Baity. AJ and Quinn are not playing good football right now. Plz Plz Plz keep in mind that our offense has 4 Sophomore's, 2 True Frosh starting. While we try to compare Patrick to Andre Woodson, think about the talent and experience that surrounded him, with a serviceable defense.
