His pump fake for a 3 in the corner was a thing of beauty. Believe he could use that several times a game and be successful. Don't coaches teach the pump fake any more.
I agree, bippus. I've been hoping Willis would add a pump fake to his arsenal. Maybe start drawing some contact for some free throws too.His pump fake for a 3 in the corner was a thing of beauty. The majority of the time they do not walk.Seems like about every other time Willis has tried that ball fake he got called for a walk. Now that I think about it, it actually seems like a lot of guys get called for walks on that ball fake. I don't know if that's just a misperception on my part; but if not, do the players walk that often on that move or do referees just get fooled into thinking it's a walk more often than it actually is?

It may just be my imagination but it seems like they've been calling a walk out of the pump fake a lot more this season across the league.Seems like about every other time Willis has tried that ball fake he got called for a walk. Yes that is what I am saying. Despite it being called, they are not walking. I can not stand that.Do you agree, however, that it seems to often be called as a walk?
