On pace to lose 98+ and, historically, their abysmal pitching gets even worse as the year drags on as the innings pile up in the bullpen and the tendency for hotter weather to yield an even livelier ball in Coors Field. Pulled out a defeat from the jaws of victory by giving up 4 in the bottom of the 8th last night. Sitting at 40 and 61 currently.

If 98 is the o/u, I'm betting over. And the ownership team wonders why there are hardly anyone in attendance late in the year and, generally, at least half of the attendance is fans from the visiting team.

Managed to blow another late inning lead last night, giving up 5 in the 9th, I believe. Now 40-62. Even in a market as large as Denver, the Rockies are so bad, it's hard to get more than 10k of Rockie fans to show up. The remaining attendees are usually the opposing team's fans.
