I can't seem to find any info on the UK site about the seats themselves.

Your help is appreciated.

Which new seats? There will be chairbacks in the club sections and backrests on some of the other bleacher seats.

Here are screencaptures from UK's new CWS ticket website. If you are a baller, you will get theater-style seats like the above rendering. If you are a partial baller, you will get permanent bleacher chairbacks like the bottom rendering. The rest of us peons will get bleacher seats with temporary backs or no backs.

Moved up one row from old bleacher seats, will continue to rent the padded seats with backs from Wildcat Seatbacks.

I agree with DA,, I am in the "cheap seats",, upper deck near the 40 yard line and I am happy as can be!

Amen. My backside has sat on bleachers for many a decade and that never seemed to be an issue with anyone until the last few years. Folks should be standing the whole game as it is...it would be ok with me if they removed all of the seats and bleachers and just sold you a place to stand.

Felt that way till I got age...Then I sprung for the Wildcat Seatbacks... They helped, wife really liked......
What I did like was that they held your 18 inches of paid space... (sort of)... What I didn't like was when it rained they were a sponge wrapped in vinyl... I stayed in my section, the cost went up but it was a wash when factoring in what my cost was with seatbacks... I can do with out a back (did last year) but think I'll like the bleacher backs?

I was in the process of picking out season tickets this morning and my wife has a bad back so I was looking for chairback seats for more comfort. I finally found what I needed though.

I was hoping to score some of the club level seats, but they are all gone.

I'm surprised there will still be so many bleacher seats after the renovation.

We have bleacher back seats but prefer to bring our own stadium seats which work very well. As stated above it keeps other people out of your space .

We tried the wildcat seats and they worked pretty well but on one I occasion someone had taken my seat before I got there and it just wasn't worh the hassle of trying to accuse nearby people to get it back. Also I paid forty five give a year for the wildcat seat each year. The one I now Carry cost about that but will last for twenty years so it is not only better but substantially cheaper.

I despise chair back seats, if you are tall they absolutely crush your legs. Last time we went to the Music City Bowl my legs killed me sitting in those damn seats. Give me bleacher seating any day of the week.

How do you know which section has which seats. Sec 111?
When you go to "seat finder" on the UKathletics site, you just click on whatever section and pick what seat you are interested in and it will pull up a virtual view of where that seat is. In the upper deck especially, the chairback seats are near the bottom, but some sections have none at all.

Of course, the site tells you what seats are available, how much the seat and Kfund costs are.

Peon here, but real happy about my new seats. Had sat in endzone, top row since 1983. Chose new seats: top row around the 40, pressbox side. I'm hoping the pressbox has an overhang that will partially cover my new seats. But the best part of the whole thing is that I do not have to pay the K-fund tax. My sons and I decided that with the money we saved via no K-fund...and by adding about 100 bucks, we could have another seat...that's what we did.

That's what I ended up doing. Took the cheap seats with no Kfund in 205 and got four instead of two.

Are you talking about the seat in front of you? If so, what you are saying is that you like bleachers so that you can put your knees where the person in front of you is supposed to be sitting. Nothing worse than having to lean forward for 4 hours so the long legged guy behind you can put his knees in the space you paid for.

Thank you for saying that correctly. Very few people say it the correct way, thank you.

I turn my legs to the side when I sit at the games just so I don't have my knees in someones back. In chair back seats its not as easy to do as it is in bleacher seats. Sorry for not being a midget.
