I don’t know why Texas thinks they are so special. They haven’t been relevant for years.
I love Texas. I was born there (Fort Hood. Pops was Army). The brisket is amazing whether you're in a world class bbq joint or somebody's back yard.
But they think VERY highly of themselves. Them thinking they're special is nothing new. When they say everything is bigger on Texas, that includes their collective ego.
Nothing against Texans just meant their BB and FB teams. Love Stateline BBQ joint!!

I kinda put them in Norte Dame level. They all have their own TV deals but just don’t perform.
May not be, but they still signed #1 qb in the country whose entire family was SEC and they have an endless flow of cash.
The endless flow of cash isn’t new, and they’ve been squandering resources for 20 years now. I’m sure they’ll eventually get a coach who can win big, but who knows when…
Texas is about to get a check put on their "specialness." This aint the Big12 where everyone is gonna put up with that ego. Everyone in the SEC thinks theyre special, except Missouri.
You're way behind. Getting away from the "Sippers" was a prime motive for A&M moving to the SEC. But part of that also was TX getting more B12 money than the rest. Will be interesting to see their relationship with each other is in the SEC. Hint: Not pretty.
TX will quickly replace TN as the most hated team in the SEC. Just watch.

I don’t think Texas is all that. They haven’t proved any thing on the field. I don’t see the SEC caving into them. I am sure they think they are big but show me what they got!
This is how we can rid of the Tennessee band playing "Rocky Top" constantly when they come to Commonwealth, seat them side-by-side around the top row of the upper deck.
