If I'm advising him, I would tell him to sit out the rest of the year and protect his draft stock, whatever it is at this point. I hate that the game has come to this, but he can't increase his stock the rest of the way. And, he takes too many hits, plenty of which are his fault. He grades out with his size, strength and arm, but every game he looks worse. If the kid wants to play this game for a living, he should sit out the rest of the year.

I don't know if he should sit out, but I think he has glaring deficiencies and he is being exposed across the board. I know it's hard complete a pass when running for your life, but he misses open receivers consistently and waits too long to throw to open receivers or doesn't see them at all. Physically, he looks the part, but I question his mindset and decision-making to even function at a high level at his position.

After tonight, he has 13 touchdowns and 8 interceptions. Among P5 schools, he has one of the worst TD/INT ratios in the entire country. His pocket presence, awareness, progression reading, etc … is terrible. His accuracy is terrible. This is a guy who some thought would be the #1 pick in the NFL draft. Yes, our O-line sucks. But Levis has one of the best collections of skill players we’ve ever seen at UK. There’s been many times he’s had plenty of time to make the throw, but hasn’t. He’s a great dude with a huge upside, but if we’re being honest, this is not even close to the QB we all thought we’d see this year. We can make excuses, but it’s the truth.

He just looks like he is regressing. 3 interceptions today (should have been 4),

He’s not the QB that we’ve been sold on. Yeah he had some crucial drops early, but the great ones overcome that. He is what he is.

I struggle spotting NFL QBs. Joe Burrow was obvious, but most I struggle with. I just don’t see it with Levis. He’s got a great arm and is athletic. That’s it. He’s not overly accurate, isn’t a great decision maker, isn’t good when the pocket breaks down. How is that a top 5 pick? I love Levis and hope I’m wrong, but I don’t see how he’s an NFL QB. There’s a million guys with a big arm that haven’t succeeded in the NFL.

I’ve said it since his first day in Lexington — he’s the next John Elway. Same build, same arm, same toughness, same personality, etc. Even the same number. But the turnovers are a big issue, and something has obviously gone seriously wrong this year. We all judge him by what he does at UK, but NFL scouts think more about what he might be a few years from now. I know those scouts have questions about our offensive philosophy, but they also have to be concerned about Levis’ play so far. Is he still considered a first round pick? I’m not sure.

Will makes our bad oline look worse than it really is, and to me, that says a lot about his NFL future. If you don’t get the ball out on time in the big boy league, you get ate alive. Can he develope that down the road? Who knows. All I know is, right now, he gets the ball out way too late and usually to the wrong read when he does.

It’s funny, I don’t think he reads defenses. I think he looks at his wr until he runs into coverage, then it’s on to #2 with a “ wait… is he open” pause, then let’s it fly. Rather than, reading his keys( the saftey, the LB) and knowing from jump who is open and delivering the ball on time.to that open receiver.

I think his stock has fallen. Slow to decide to get rid of the ball. Too many picks too.
If he plays well, maybe he can regain some of it. But wouldn’t be surprised if he was “injured” for the UGA game.
