Just concluded the 2 year deal with UCLA.
There was talk that the UK - UNC series would resume after UCLA.
But with the ACC moving to 20 games and Roy pretty much saying that the series will not be renewed, does Calipari look for another home and home opponent?
I seem to remember someone from UK a few years ago saying that they wanted to have one big time non conference game a year in Rupp. Think that is why UK and UNC took a year off so that either Louisville or North Carolina would play in Rupp each season.
So with the announcement of the extension of the CBS Sport Classic, that would seem to eliminate UNC and UCLA as home and home opponents.
Already have Kansas, Duke, and Michigan State in the Champions Classic.
So, do we think that Calipari will seek out another home and home, and if so, who would it be?
Really wouldn't be surprised to see Villanova or Arizona pop up on the schedule.
