For those of you worrying about the NCAA screwing UK:
They tried to in 2011. They put B. Knight in the hardest region where we would have to play a revenge game with WVU, OSU (the overall #1 seed), and UNC.
Result: Final Four
In 2012 they tried to match us up with a revenge 2nd Rd game with UCONN, a rematch with IU, and put a very athletic Baylor team with us as well as UofL on the same side of the bracket.
Result: National Champion
In 2014, they low ball us as an 8 seed and put us in the same bracket with 3 FF teams the year before including rival UofL and undefeated Wichita State.
Result: National Runner Up
So they can try and try, but ultimately, Cal does his thing when it comes tournament time....get to final fours and compete for championships. 2015 will be no different.
