Been banned here before for being a supposed debbie downer which is honestly just reality, but here goes. Why do any of you expect anything different from UK football? We have always sucked and always will suck with the exception of a few mediocre seasons thrown in. There just isn’t enough people in this state, big time boosters or tradition to get the recruits to ever compete with the big boys. Also if you ever want a realistic perspective on a game don’t read this site for that, look to the people who actually analyze the game and don’t spout off at the mouth just because they have that feeling “this is the game” or “this is the year”.

2018 and last year weren’t good seasons, Kentucky can be good, the pathway is there

If the posters here are what you say we are, WHY come back?
They were great seasons by uk standards but we have low standards. Real football programs finish the deal and go 11-1 last year and beat tn and msu. Same in 2018 in finishing 10 and 2 and beating tn.
I thought they were good seasons for Kentucky and I enjoyed them. It’s all about the expectations, every year especially o college football there are like 8 teams with a realistic shot of winning it and if you really think about probably like 4-5, bama, Ohio st, UGA, and clemson are always going to be there, and then you will get one or two other teams, in this case Michigan and Tennessee who have a really good year, but college football is cut and dry about what is going to happen, so as a kentucy fan we might as well enjoy when we do win 10 games
You are correct and the 12 team playoff will just result and end with the same teams in the final four most years. College football has no parity.
That’s why I thought 12 teams was to many, it just going to lead to half those games being blowouts, it should have been 6 teams and the 1 and 2 seed get a bye, or 8 teams
Hell, we already see a ton of blowouts in the 4 team playoff. 13 of 16 semi final games have been dog crap and double digits wins.
I included alabama beating ou 45 to 34 in the blowouts because I want to say alabama jumped out big and coasted.

I don't agree with his statement, and I surely wouldn't concern myself enough to cry about it. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Perhaps you find some measure of truth in his statement, thus causing you so much pain.

Honest question. Why do you continue to follow and watch UK football if that’s how you feel? Wouldn’t it be healthier to spend your time doing something else?
