Why do we play LSU on the road two years straight?

Forgive me if this has been discussed already, but why are we having to play LSU on the road two years in a row? I could understand it if we played them twice one of the two years, but last season and this season we only play them once outside the SEC-T and yet both games are road games? Has there been any explanation for this?

I think the way the unbalanced schedule works is the years you play a team once the following year you play them twice and vice versa. The years you play a team once, if you play them at home the next time you play them only once you play them away and vice versa.

It's pretty simple. Last year we played them once on the road, this year is the year we play them twice (home and away), and next season we will play them just at Rupp.

The SEC keeps changing its schedule so I get why this might be confusing.

So do we play them on the road twice and then at home once then on the road again for two more followed by three straight at home?

We play ole miss at home this year again too. I thought it was because their new stadium wouldn't be ready in time but someone said its because of scheduling

If I recall, this is that year where we play em 3 times at Rupp, 6 times in Louisiana, and then another low-G game on Tethys, the 5th moon of Saturn, wearing pressurized and heated suits.

We play Texas A&M at College Station for the second year in a row, and third out of four years since A&M has been in the SEC. So far we've won in OT in the other two at College Station, and they beat us in Rupp. Don't quite have the scheduling figured out on that yet.

Do you know if those space suits are blue and white? Just because we're going interplanetary for games against LSU is no excuse for Nike's space suit designers to mess with tradition.

And here's where the thread jumps the shark:

I think they might have to have some gold in there for its conductivity - but at least that's one of the university's original colors, right?
