Who knows that. Lots of good reports about his athletism . Hopefully he shines.
Why wouldn’t it be Sharon? He’s been #2 behind Levis. My guess he plays most of the game.
Our starting QB in the MCB will probably be Sheron. Sheron already had the experience of being a starter (SCar) and has earned the chance. The only way Destin Wade starts this game is if Stoops is willing to send a signal to Sheron that he should start looking at the portal. But it doesn't matter who starts. Both QBs will play. Who plays in the 4th quarter? That is the question to ask, and that could be Wade.
I think they should start Sheron. He wasn’t terrible against USC just more Scan completely handcuffed him from the start. Wade should also get some series too.
Didn't say he wouldn't be. Just making an opinion. Don't care which one it is, just hope they shine.
For those giving Sheron a hard time. Woodson didn't show much his first couple of years. Then was amazing as a Jr and Sr.

It’s really hard to say Sharon has already had a start under his belt so he’s got that experience. He didn’t get to show a lot because we had a crappy offensive coordinator. Now with the Big Dawg calling the shots go with him some series to see what he’s got under Vince. I still wouldn’t rule Wade out of getting some playing time at all and if Sheron isn’t getting it done put Wade in to see what he’s got.
Hell, I seem to remember Hartline looking like he had a 12 year Olds arm before his senior year then he was absolutely great.
My hopes is KS and hope he absolutely lights it up….

I want it too. Lot of posters poopoo bowl games, but I think it catches the eye of recruits, and I know it catches fans eyes, especially since we've been to so few.
Why is everyone hoping for Wade. Everyone said he he had little experience at QB and wasnt that great out of highschool. What has changed to .ake people think he gives UK a better shot than Sharon or Hogan. Honest question.
He has size and athleticism. This allows me to imagine a taller LBJ cutting through defenses, and a Woodsonesc pocket passer hitting our receivers in stride 40 yards down the field.
I’ve seen Sheron play, and while he was solid, his real performance simply doesn’t stack up to my Wade imaginings.
It’s the same mentality that constantly favors the second string QB.
After Sheron started against SC, in the games following they started listing the backup as Sheron OR Wade. Like Wade had stepped it up and started to pass Sheron on the depth chart. Maybe he has shown steady improvement throughout that moved him ahead of Sheron.
I don't remember Mike Hartline ever looking like he didn't have the arm to play.
He’s got a nice offer from Miami, OH. PWO with an almost full academic scholarship, chance to compete for kickoff specialist day 1, but he’s still keeping his options open through the February signing period. Cincinnati’s kicker is in the portal, so they’re kinda waiting to see if they come after him.
I remember South Carolina ending his season with a cheap shot that should have been called for a roughing penalty but wasn’t. Still chaps my ass to this day.
I think they might consider using Wade as a change-up QB next season so this might be a time to give him some reps. If not a starter at least alternating with Sharon
Probably sheron. Neither of these guys is starting next year anyways. It's a who the hell knows type of game as both teams had disappointing seasons so it will be whoever wants it more.
